Young emos are being hunted in Mexico!

An enormous phenomenom among Mexican youth, the emos are now the target of a despicable persecution on Mexico.

After member of the social tribe got beaten in three occasions by undentifies groups in the cities of Queretaro, Aguscalientes and Mexico  City - which ended with tens of injured people and 22 minors arested. Authorities are reascting and asking the agressors for tolerance.

* Emos are Celebrating
Last Wednesday hundreads of emos cellebrated a meeting at the Glorieta de Insurgentes in Mexico City.
Emo comes from emotions - emotional.

“If we listen to a sad song we cry”

We are very senvitive. If we listen to a sad song, we cry and sometimes we even overreact,” explains a 20 years old emo girl.

Besides the attacks against emos, on the internett there are hundreds of blogs with harsh comments against them. According to the authorities, the violent groups commanding this campaign are represented mostly by dark and punks, another urban tribes in Mexico.
