Producing new video games without tons of time and effort – Sony shows how it’s done. Another edition of the successful SingStar series for the Playstation 2 will appear on April 30th. After SingStars gave it their all with Rock Ballads, and Après Ski Hits, they will now have a chance to showcase their talent in the world of summer sounds. SingStar Summer Party contains hits from 2raumwohnung, Amy Winehouse, but also perennial classics like Elton John’s “I’m still standing”. We’ll give you three chances to guess what other songs are also included.

Right, “Summer in the City” and “Summer Sun”. And so that teenagers, who can’t do anything with Donna Summer’s “She works hard for the money”, still pick up the title, a song from the German teenie boy band Tokio Hotel is also included. We can be excited to discover how many more sequels Sony blesses us with. Because with a look at the untiring repertoire of hits, there really is no end in sight. Unless of course the SingStar fans get fed up with paying for each new edition. There are already some alternatives – although these are connected with the PC.
