he doesn’t have blonde hair there. lol. it’s a trick of the light. i have more pictures on my computer of the same “concert”(or i guess just a preformance) and it’s jet black

i was looking thorugh pics on my comp and found these ones from paris 2007 and i noticed that bill has like 1.5cm of blond regrowth. hehehe it’s reeeally blond!
