Why is Bill’s hair so short?
Creepyy.
He’s a doll that the owner customized herself. She probably couldn’t find a longer wig that she thought would make the doll look more like Bill.
Either that or the wig was too expensive. She might change the hair in the future.
I personally think she did a good job
