Tom Kaulitz - hit a fan?
Tom Kaulitz (19), guitarist of the band and twin brother of the singer Bill (19), met a female fan at a petrol station in Hamburg. The 21 years old girl says, that the musican gave her a punch in her face in the late wednesday evening, that’s what the police found out at thursday.
The woman, who was there together with 4 friends, noticed Kaulitz in his car and knocked at his window to take a photo of the 19 years old guy.
After the description of the woman, the Tokio-Hotel-star let the window down and threw a cigarette at her, that she took from the ground and put it out on his window. So he stepped out of his car and should’ve hit her.
The woman got a swelling bellow her eye and called the police.
By their arrivial, Kaulitz was already driven away, so they couldn’t ask for his side of the story. The 19 years old guy will get the opportunite to say something to this case, said a policeman.

I am watching some celeb new on RTL and there is NOTHING about this! I think it’s the same show you can see on youtube who makes Bill say he’s not gay after signing autographs and talk about his teeth. And who talked about they had a examen and so… And NOTHING!!!

Tom was at a gas stations when four stalkers noticed him. These stalkers have been seen outside the studio many times and have been following him for a while. The accusing fan went over to the window and asked him multiple times for a picture, but Tom said no. She wouldn’t leave the car alone, so threw a cigarette out the window in an attempt to get her to leave. She picked up the cigarette and stubbed it out on his window. With this, Tom got out of the car and hit her, resulting in very minor injuries. Tom left the scene and she called the police, then she called the press.
So, you can see the obvious differences between the accusing fan’s story, and the story witnesses have been telling. Hamburger Morgenpost has recently posted an article about the situation saying that police are still investigating and that Tom will be asked to go to the police station in the next few days. They also say that the girls keep giving contradictory statements. A security tape is also said to show Tom and a girl (or Bill) in the car and Tom gets out twice to hit two fans, after they were standing around the car.
Expect management to make a statement about what happened soon, because they were supposed to make one this morning but didn’t. We’ll probably hear Tom’s side of the story in the next few days.
I think it’s safe to say this is a missreported event by the media, and that the fans are more at fault than Tom. Tom shouldn’t have hit them, but he wouldn’t have been forced to if they hadn’t provoked them. Stay tuned for more updates as additional news comes in!

Stalkers are those who is waiting outside their home and studio etc. Taking pictures and filming.
And nowadays it’s really bad as they upload the films and stuff on youtube showing - not only us who likes TH, but also all those TH haters out ther their licens plate (car registration numbers), homes etc.
A stalker kan actually also be a good thing as a stalker can be someone who “goes on tour with them” They uses their hollydays following their idols, going to everty consert. And no star ever complains about them as they LOVE them
So the bad stalkers are the once no stars EVER like!
But most fans goes to conserts, wait outside hotels, goes to signings etc. Those ppl are COOL! And true fans!!!!

First of all, idk if this is even true. I don’t agree yet i do agree with you, i don’t think this girl should have got mad and thrw the cigarette at his window, but why did Tom throw it at her? I don’t know, Tom seems to be mad alot for some reason, these days. for your information there not being stalked, It’s the same as if they were being followed by paparazzi, your right nobody knows what happened, but him being followed around by ppl with cameras isn’t a good reason to lose your temper, IF he hit a girl it doesn’t matter what his side of the story is there’s no reason for any GROWN MAN to put his hands on a woman. and I along with many other fans sure the fuck won’t look at him the same, THAT DOESN’T MAKE US ANY LESS OF FANS. Being followed by fans isn’t being stalked, but if followed by the same people who are crossing property, banging on car windows, swearing at your family and friends. They it could be argued that those people are causing reasonable fear or at least need a restraining order on them for harrassment.
If that were anyone else, they could file a harrassement suit, but stars are expected to put up with it, and I don’t think they mind except when it is like these few girls who follow them constantly

They ask the fan(s) please not right now & they get very insistent. We love the guys for what they do, they entertain, but they are human not robots. While I do not condone ANYONE hitting anyone I am not going to jump on anyone defense since we do not know the full story since it was convenient for Tom not to be around when the police was called.
But question, has anyone seen those girls who did that recording of them harassing Tom?, who’s to say that it was not the same girls. I mean I can see the scenario they see Tom driving and they stand where he has to go so he has to stop.
Then each get on different sides of the car so he can not move out, frustrated he smokes then finishes it throws it out of the window. The girl thinks or want to make it seems like he threw it at her so she picks it up and smashes it on his window and I have a feeling that the others as well as the girl was hitting his car to get his attention.
Then they finally get Tom out the car and they harass him more things get heated he tries to get back into the car but is prevented and thus the hit happens who is to say it was not an accident and they are using it as an excuse, who know we were not there but think about it.
I hate it when women say they want equal rights then get into a fight with a guy and do anything they want to him and expect him to take it, most guys will take it but if you keep at them like anyone else will fight back.
I have seen ex friends who had a fight with guys and deserved to get the crap knocked out of them. but that is just me who thanks if you want equal right’s it should be equal all the way and I am not talking about abuse but a fight is a fight and stupid things happen.

Sounds like the accusation is true and Tom hit the girl. It came from a police report and she does have a swollen face.
He will go to court but can claim he was used a provocation defense.

Watching this news video I found it strange that only the girls’ side of the story was reported. The man with the black glasses, I suspected he was a witness or an employee of the petrol station (but he wasn’t, he was a journalist). So where are the other witnesses and what does the convenience store clerk have to say?
So Tom supposedly threw his cigarette at the girl–Not very smart, being a petrol station and all. Not to mention–DNA. That is evidence and I hope that bagged that shit (it places him at the scene of the crime). Cameras do the same job, but not all gas stations have cameras. But if that particular store did, it was not reported of a tape being confiscated as evidence.

I really do not think this is true. i mean they only got vidos with Tom with the others and if its true, i agree with all those who said he should have not hit the girl in her face, but i saw a video i think alot of you have seen of Tom outside their studio, he was driving his car really slowly and he was going all around it like it was his baby or something. So if these girls hit his car and switched the cigarette on the window it was not very smart. I would have just ignored them and drove away, i think.
Anyway all of you who say you won t be fans anymore i m not judging but i personally think you re not real fans because Tom has said a million times he hates it when people follow him around while their not on tour, let alone hitting his NEW car. this girl just brought it upon herself.
