I am also a fan who believes you should ask someone before doing so. I have a favorite local band for the past couple years. I have since become close friends with ALL 4 of them. Still to this day I don't just whip out a camera and start shooting pictures with out asking. Unless it happens to be my turn to take stage photos. It's just rude. I don't want people running up to my car and commence to snapping pictures. I think Tom was way nicer to the winches than I would have been. I do believe it was said that none of the girls even like TOKIO HOTEL. So why would you want to take their pictures?They are people too. That seems to be forgotten by way too many people these days. From what I have read so far he is going to be getting a fine for popping her. So be it, the record company will be more than happy to pay for it. The cost will get passed on to us the fans.
