Does the video show the guitarist, Tom Kaulitz?
Charged with assault: The Hamburger police is looking for Tokio Hotel guitar player Tom Kaulitz.
A female fan (21) claimes the teenie-star hit her in the face on wednesday night. The police can see minor injuries in the face of the woman. Tom Kaulitz (19) couldn’t be questioned.
B.Z. knows, the videocamera shows the next offender profile:
A Audi R8 sportscar (about 150.000 euro) stops at the Aral-station in the Stressemannstraße in the part of Hamburg called Bahrenfeld. In the driver seat a young man. A few girls approach the car and tap on the window, they have got a camera in there hands – they seem to wanna take a picture.
A burning sigarette is flying out of the car, a woman picks it up a presses it against the window. After that the driver gets out. He has a notable outfit, wears bright white hip-hop clothing, has the hoody of his pullover over his head, just dark dreadlocks are showing. He is walking to the girl, takes a swing and hits the girl in the face. She stumbles and goes down to the floor.
Then the driver goes back into the car, but still the girls won’t leave him alone.
Again the young man gets out of the car, seemingly angry. Then another girl approaches – seemingly the one he was waiting for – she takes place in the driver’s mate seat. Together they drive away – before the police arrives.
Untill yesterday the cops didn’t have a chance to question Tokio-Tom yet. Also the management from Germany’s most succesfull band, that have there studio and house in Bahrenfeld too, hasn’t given a statement yet.
Fact is: “The driver of the car is Tom Kaulitz”, tells a spokesperson from the police to B.Z.

o good lord….well this is kind of a turn..hmm..tom i think the best thing for him to do is make a statement and hopefully try to smooth things over with everyone….we shall just have to wait and see what he says..because his side is still unheard..you guys is it weird that i dont want to believe this but somewhere inside i know it may be true??

I completely agree with you. We havn;t seen the tape so no one really knows if it was Tom. I don’t care if he hit a fan..shit I’ll hit one for him. But we can’t just think it was him and say it was him without knowing his side. The girls are the french whores they have been harassing Tom and now want to get him in trouble. Yeah, that is really good isn’t it? I live in Norway, but we have about the same system in all of Europe. Not the eastern Europe such as Polen, Letland ans so on as many of them have som of the the old russian system which is much harder.
But here it’s about allways the victim who gets no help while the criminals gets all the help they need when they are in jail. They can go to any school and when they get out the comunity makes shure they have money and an apartement and so on. While the victim is not offered any help at all!

Why does this post sound like everything that has been said instead of the posters take on it, it sound as if they read everything and pastes it all together to make it seems as if they seen the video or whoever told them about it saw it..
One the kind of freaking gas station (Or any kind for that matter) would be freaking suicide to flick a lit cigarette out onto the ground.
Two I am hearing the girl is saying it was not Tom or do not even know it is Tom and has anyone address the fact that the girls have blogs and were or are bragging about it and from what I have read about their blog they seemed to have planned it and they followed him to there since I do not think that gas station is just down the street .
Three anyone and their mother knows what kind of car Tom drives so that is not even proof saying what car was there as to tell that’s what they saw or the poster saw.
Now they are saying they think the girl was Bill and I have not even heard about the police saying it was Tom last thing I have heard that was new is that the Police was still investigating the claims.
Oh and what abut the person who worked there saying that the girls were harassing him and he tried to leave but they kept at him and maybe even tried to prevent him from leaving. because come on 5 on 1 is not easy.

Well no excuse..lets see as I said we have no proof whatsoever if what is posted is or is not on the tape. but I know that an excuse would be if they were surrounding him and prevernting him from leaving and pulling at him I would have knocked them just to get away.

Tokio Hotel has a very professional PR agency that handles them as a product. I’m sure they are getting ready to make a statement, but first they need to contact authorities…maybe they have a (corporate Band)lawyer who handles this type of thing. I know for a fact that whatever agency they use will have a lawyer of their own and Tom doesn’t want to make a statement until everything has been discussed. If he just goes out there ans says “whatever”…it could incriminate him. Don’t worry…I’m sure it’s all on the way.

I’m glad Perez put this out there. Tom deserves some bad exposure for what he did… it’s absolutely NOT OKAY to strike your fans.
This has to bleed out thoroughly so we can move on and no one accuses TH of trying to cover up the issue later.

I went to their Cd signing in LA last September. I met Tom along with everyone else in the Band. Bill was a little weird…That’s another story. LOL! But I still love BILL the most!!! I tried to speak a couple words to him in my crappy German (to make him feel comfortable …a German in America)…and he looked at me with this blank weird stare…like “WTF?!?!?” and then he looked down and smiled to himself…and then he said Hi to me..it actually hurt my feelings. I was so embarrassed! but oh well…I guess I made a complete fool out of myself in front of Bill Kaulitz…UGH! next time I see him in LA…I’m not gonna talk to him in German.
I’ll just say hello in English like everyone else. :S Sniff sniff.
ANYWAYS… back to Tom…I didn’t stand out or anything. But I was just in line waiting to get my CD signed like everyone else…But Tom was really nice. I don’t know if he heard me (trying) to talk to Bill in German…(rolling my eyes at myself) plus (they were sitting next to each other)…But Tom was very sweet and said “Hi” to me BEFORE I said hi to him. Hmmmm. So in that situation, yeah…he’s was totally cool.
