Germany does not allow the publication of photos without someone’s permission and while Celebrities don’t usually mind, they can halt publication of photos of friends and family. That is why you see the kids of celebrities in America but rarely in Europe (except maybe in England).
There are fans with pictures of the family that could be sold for millions of dollars if Tokio Hotel okayed their family to be put in magazines. And that is the arguement some of the stalkers are using when they go after Bill and Tom. They want them to reveal their family and introduce them to the press so they can sell their photos.

Ok here is what i think:
First of all im not going to side with the fan or Tom, im just going to say what is on my mind about this situation.
First of all, to me i think the fan kind of earned it and kind of not earned it. She kind of earned it since i think she probably bothered Tom while he was at the gas station. She probably got on his nerves depending on what time he was at the gas station. plus he was probably tired that night and didnt want to attend to the fan’s need. Another thing is that in one of the articles it said that she was part of the Stalker Fan group and Tom probably saw her a couple times and didnt feel like seeing her. She kind of not earned it if she just left Tom alone. She could have just took pictures of him in his car instead of asking for a photo with him or an autograph.
Now onto Tom’s side:
In a way i am somewhat disappointed at Tom and in another way im not. I am SORT of disappointed by him because he somewhat injured a fan. He could have just ignored her or just told her to go away instead of just throwing his cigarrete at her. Or he could have just grinned and beared it and did what the fan wanted him to do. Im NOT disappointed by him because he kind of had the right to, idk. But the thing is those stalker fans tend to get annoying and im sure the guys are tired of seeing them outside of the studio all the time. Those fans need to give the guys a break. Im sure the fans are thinking about it now since this little problem happened.
I hope that the fan learned her lesson and i hope that all those other Stalker Fans learn to give the guys their space. Even though the fan only got minor injuries, she could have prevented it from happening if she didnt bother Tom so much. Im sure Tom wouldnt do something this rash again.
I hope that everything will be ok and Tom wont be in a lot of trouble. I just hope that the band will be ok and try to help resolve this situation so that way everything will be back to normal.
I hope that whoever reads this will understand what im trying to say. I support Tom and the band very much and i just dont want anything bad happening to the band and to him. Please hear me out and hope that this will make sense to anyone who reads this. If you agree with me then please reply back to this comment and state what you think about this problem. I would love to hear what other fans have to say as much i do.

No he didnn’t beat down fans, they were stalkers that had stal and threthed his mom for over an year they said that they should Kill Anderas and they said that they should kill their mom, they have stalked Tom and Bill for 6 moths now and then when Toms mom should go to the gas station to shop the girls came there and then Tom sat and smoked in the car and then he opened the window and threw out the cig and then it almost landed in the girls face and then she tog it up and fimped on his car and then he ´went out and told her to leave him and the people around him alone and then she started to drag in him and stuff and then he beated her down and she didnt gave up then he pushed her down to the ground and then her friend came and then he pushed her into the back of his truck, it was onlz selfdefence nothing more. That were what he told me. those girls are just crazy and Tom are not going to jail.
