State counsel investigates against Tokio Hotel Star, Kaulitz
State counsel investigates against Tom Kaulitz, the guitarist of Tokio Hotel. “We initiated a procedure due to the suspicion of easy mayhem/body harm”, said the authority’s spokesman, Wilhelm Möllers. Reportedly, the 19-year-old (young man) at an “Aral” petrol station on the Stressemannstrassen (Bahrenfeld), hit the French Perrini D. (21) on her face. Her lawyer prosecuted Kaulitz, on last Friday.
The argument had escalated after that, the 21-year-old stubbed a cigarette butt on Kaulitz’s car, which he threw out. According to David Jost, the manager of Tokio Hotel, the young woman and her friend are stalkers. The band members had pursued since week and they attacked their family members. The state counsel haven’t known about it yet. “Till now, we haven’t received denunciation against them”, said the counsel, Möllers. They will offer an interrogation to Tom Kaulitz.

Unfortunately, someone with their thought level (totally stupid) would have to answer that question. And I don’t think any of us actual Tokio Hotel fans can answer it. None of it makes any sense. Who can understand someone who thinks if I mess with his family, mom, and car he’ll love me? They are total wack-jobs. And I hope that some of the wonderful German fans can chase these girls away from them if it can’t be done legally.
Yeah, I was trying to figure out these stalkers, too. Whatever it is, it’s totally not love. And we can’t understand these girls because they’re a little screwy in the head. I love and respect the boys too much to ever do anything that would hurt them. I just can’t understand it. That’s why there’s a major difference between us and them. Those girls aren’t fans at all.
They want them sexualy, they think Tom and the boys will see them and fall madly, blindly in love with them… yeah right. What they would do if they saw them would be screaming into the night.

He could end up going to jail you guys, the state counsel is involved and stalking is hard to prove. that’s the only thing he has as his defence. And the procedures of the court could drag out for years…, so he could potentiall end up going to jail, which i’m sure bill wouldn’t want to sing without him, he could end up missing concerts and events and everything… I just hope they make him pay, and probation or something
oh please, stop being so pessimistic. i know for sure that he’s going to get the smartest, most educated lawyer in germany (cuz he’s so fucking rich) and i know that they’re going to win the case, if he ever has one. i’m sure bill, tom and the family as well as the boys will have PUHHLENTYY of evidence to defend themselves against the stalkers. he won’t go to jail.

Haha wow this is so ridiculous. I really don’t believe he’ll be going to jail either. They do have plenty of evidence and I’m sure he’ll get the best damn lawyer(s) Germany has. And much better than she could get.
