There have been many celebrities who have just given one sentence condolences or the like. Just because he didn’t go on and on doesn’t mean he’s rude. I understand that a lot of people are saddened by MJ’s death (I am) but jeez. Besides, bravo was only publishing one sentence from each celebrity they interviewed about MJ’s death.

No one said he was being rude…
We were all just surprised that he only gave one sentence. Bravo should’ve picked a better sentence for Bill to say. I’m sure Bill said something better then ”It’s great what he achieved during his career!”
They could’ve choosen something better…….

I’m still in shock by Michael’s death. I keep hoping that he faked it or something…

First Elvis,
Now Michael,
DON’T DO DRUGS KIDS! Look what what happens, one minute you’re the greatest to ever hit the earth, Next you’re rushed to the hospital.

It’s so sad….

I HAD TICKETS TO THE LONDON SHOW TOOO! It costed ALOT of money, and I had good seats too. I’m framing my ticket and keeping it with the other MJ concert stuff I have.

Rest in Peace, Michael. Hopefully the world will finnaly apreciate the things you did for it….

Comment by alissa
2009-06-28 09:56:47

I heard he was doing the shows to make money for children in the future.
It’s so sad. Now the children are going to get caught in the middle of a custody battle. And their biological mother who has never been in their lives wants them and who knows if she really wants them and not the billions of dollars that comes along with them. I mean she’s not a very good mother to begin with. What kind of mother has a child for her husband just so she can leave him and get millions of dollars out of it?

My heart goes out to the kids. Hopefully Michael is watching over them. <3

I just hope he finnaly gets the respect he deserves as an artist and as a person. After first hearing the news I was EXTREEMLY upset and in denial. After a while I realized that his music is something to be celebrated. Something that brought people both black and wite togethere when things were hard. Now I just listen to his music and celebrate the life, the legend and his legacy that will never die.

I agree. MJ will NEVER be forgotten. Now ppl are finnaly realising how much he did for the world.
It’s a shame the world had to hurt him in so many before they realised, that he truely was a Great, Fantastic, wonderful, kind, beatiful person.
I know his music will be around forever. No one will forget him and everyone is going to tell their children about him and how much good he’s done. MJ will never die.

Comment by alissa
2009-06-28 14:00:45

YES EXACTLY PEOPLE!
I NEVER believed he would ever harm a child in anyway. He just was a good man. He never got love from his parents and had a really fucked up childhood. Which is why he waanted to give underprivliaged kids attention and help them out. Yes he had children sleep in his bed but I used to sleep in my moms bed and my twin brother slept in my dads bed up until I was 16, Infact I’ve slept in the same bed as almost everyone in my family. But it’s just cause we’re very close. That didn’t mean my parents and family were doing anything in apropreiate to me or my brothers.

Plus we all know how much bullshit ppl make up about Tokio Hotel and how many ppl want to use them just to get money (Perrine *cough*cough*) The family that accused Michael of touching there child was none for sueing ppl for no reason just to get money out of it. It’s total crap. The nany was in on it, and three other familes were in on it. Just because they wanted money from Michael.

If he really touched the children sexualy. The case wouldn’t have gotten thrown out of court.

Everyone just wanted to believe it cause they wanted to believe that the most famous and loved man in the world was a fuck up. The world couldn’t just accept the fact that there might accutaly be GOOD ppl in the world….

It’s crap! They always choose the nice, kind, famous ppl to pick. They did it to Michael and look what they do to Bill, Everyone always has to bring someone down.

Now Michael’s dead and suddenly EVERYONES kissing his ass. When us REAL fans who stuck by him threw EVERYTHING and never gave up on him, Are acctualy sad and heart broken over this tragic lose. But now everyone is celebrating him. Fakers….

I never believed he would do anything to children. Yes it was weird, but I think he was just so misunderstood! He didn’t have a childhood and I think in some ways he tried to recreate that for himself, and was alwasy a kid at heart. And as for this kid he supposedly touched UM EXCUSE ME but if someone touched my daughter inappropriately NO amount of money would justify that I would want that person in jail!! So I know he didn’t do it, they just wanted money!! I just hate alot of people only knew of him as a weirdo, but when I started listening to him he was nothing more than a normal person and was just so awesome in everything he did. He was a great humanitarian too always doing charities. He will be sorely missed. It is bittersweet to listen to his songs cuz they bring a smile to my face but then it hits my heart that I will never get to see or hear him again, the moonwalk is gone forever. Sorry to ramble…RIP Michael I love you always

I’m actually happy MJ died. Not because I didn’t want him around, but because when he WAS around nobody showed him any respect and were always tearing him down. I don’t believe any of the rumors because he always admits things himself when he does wrong, like when he admitted he was addicted to pain killers and was going to rehab. He had no childhood, no adults really trusted him and because of these things he made friends with children. He loved children and wanted them to live the childhood he couldnt live. The way he grew up was messed up, he was forced to be an adult at a young age which only made him a kid from 20 to the time he died. What people saw as being a pediphile is what he saw as a sleepover he never got to have. It’s just wrong.

As for Bill, that guy can TALK. I’m pretty sure he said way much more then that. I bet it was even paragraphs, lol. It does seem like he was influenced by MJ, because sometimes he dresses the way MJ did in Bad, tons of chains and zippers and stuff. I wish I had the money to buy that outfit from him. lol.

I don’t see the big deal. Remember Bill grew up in Germany, MJ didn’t have AS MUCH impact on other countries as did the US. I know because I grew up in China before immigrating to the US. So I didn’t really know who MJ was until a few years ago.

I never saw anywhere that said Bill was influenced by MJ.

Comment by alissa
2009-06-28 17:16:37

WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT!?! XD lol
GERMANY LOVES MJ!
He’s totaly famous here and in the rest of Europe even more then America because we have Bigger venues and they’re always sold out in less then an hour. Hense the fact his tour he was supose to do, was in the U.K. NOT the US. He’s been super famous here since Thriller came out. Thats the thing with Michael EVERYONE loved him! especialy Europe.
I know that everyone here in Germany back in the 80′s had all the same leather jackets as him. My mom and dad bought every leather jacket MJ ever had and they gave all the jackets to me. I have the thriller, beat it, bad, etc… And everyone else had one. If you were a teenager in the 80′s here in Germany you had to have a MJ leather jacket.

Tokio Hotel loved Michael jackson since they were kids. Just cause you never heard of him because you’re from China doesn’t mean the rest of the world didn’t know him. His most success was here in Eurpoe.

I saw him twice, he was the first concert I ever saw. The first one I saw was his HIStory tour in 1997 and 1999 in munich at the show that he filmed a DVD. The first concert I went to I was around 7 or 8 the second concert I went to I was 10. I’m 19 going on 20. I’m not a little kid. Michael’s last show was 2001….

Why?

I mean *Michael’s last show I SAW was IN 2001*
and I was 12 and I was living America and went to the show with my Aunt and uncle.
My shift button is messing up once again.

Not to mention all the times I waited for him at the airport, hotels, outside the court he was in,etc…
It’s like how fans are with Tokio Hotel but for me it’s Michael Jackson.

I still remember when he got on top of his car and started dancing in the street. That was so crazy. I’ve never seen anybody do that before. That was cool to witness.

wow i ssure didnt know that billy bought tickets to the london concert! and about xenocyte’s comment: michael jackson sure hasnt been in concerts in years they say that he had sum1 that looks like him to act like him in the past last years :(
Billy had a short sentence to say though

They said that but my dad works in the music buisness and said it was a lie for some strange reason. I remember hearing that and being pissed off but then the promoters said it wasn’t true and made a big thing out of it. So Idk, I want to believe it was him. But I do know the last concert I saw of him was really him back in 2001 at his aniversary show. So Thank Gott I the real him atleast once.

Okay I fixed my keyboard I can finnish what I was trying to say:
Okay, He didn’t do the entire tour but some shows he did do and I was at the show he really did, I don’t have the ticket infront of my face so I can’t think at the exact day, month & year But I believe it was in between 1996 and 1997 but I pretty sure it was in Munich in 1996 cause I think he filmed it for a DVD. And then I saw him in 1999 at another filmed show in Munich again. And then in 2001…Blah..blah..blah. I told you all that crap. I don’t want to repeat myself.

Okay, why do you have to compare them? This is so nasty,Michael is a king and Bill is still a princess, has a lot of mountains to climb.
NO ONE will ever be Michael and i think Bill knows better than to try to be like someone else.
And Bill is a rocker,a teeange rocker from Germany.,
And Michael is the king.
Bill can climb in the fans hearts ,but Michael changed the world. He made it ,really.Without him there will be no r&b and dancing men by now .
R.I.P,Jacko <333

I agree Nel. You can’t compare them. Michael is from the 70′s/80′s He was the first Black person to ever have a music video on MTV. He changed the world and crossed boundaries when the world was rasist Black ppl didn’t have the same rights, when Michael was in the Jackson 5 there were still signs in resturants saying “No Blacks”.
Michael had to go through that and he still changed POP culture.
Bill will not have the chance to do that. What’s Bill going to do change ppls views on Germans…
Of course you can’t compare the two. It’s not fair. You can compare the Jonas Brothers and Tokio Hotel but you can’t compare an artist who has been around for 30 years with a ROCK BAND thats been around for 8 years….
Don’t compare them. They’re not the same in anyway. Maybe their style is similar but tons of ppl copy Jacksons style.

LOL I thought you miss spelt it. I read it and I was like “Princess? I guess Bill seems a bit like a pprincess….” LMFAO It’s good to know you didn’t mean that LOL
Ja you can compare both groups….
They’re both popular boy bands in the 21st centurey
Except one is has fans between ages of 7-14
and the one who’s accutaly talented has fans between ages of 1-100…
Also TH are talented and write songs about real things and the Jonas Brothers are shitty Mickey Mouse loving teeny weeny bopers, Who need to start having sex
LOL

Lmfao. You’re so funny! :D But I don’t think you can compare TH and the Jonas Brothers either. TH actually talks about something and is original. They have meaning. But whatever were not here to bag on the Jonas Brothers or to compare Bill to Michael. I HATE how everyone keeps doing that AND they keep saying Bill is nothing.. imagine if he saw what you guys were writing. He’d be crushed. I doubt Bill is trying to copy MJ in any way.

I will miss Michael.. he was incredible. His music, the way he helpd so many people, some people just took and took from him, humouring themselves with the lies about him, and he just kept giving all he had to the world

I’m watching all his music videos on tv atm and how he looked in his “bad” stage makes me think Bill is so much like him haha

Well, im not a really big MJ fan but still i apreciated him a lot. its true that he changed THE WORLD!!! mj rox and he will stay forever in our hearts!!<3 <3
And first, u dont have to say its bill’s fault that bravo put that sentence! maybe he said a lot more!(im sure he said a lot more) and they just picked that sentence. why? who cares!! we know bill very well. we all know he said more than that!
Second, its true that we cannot compare bill with michael jackson. because th has like 8 years and the king of pop had like 30 years making incredible music. Both of them are really good though but we just dont have to compare them.

And third, just stop arguing about this because its kinda stupid
just read all the comments!!

Michael Jackson was the true King of Pop and always will be. I know that Bill wil always look up to him because he had a great career. BUT dying at 50 is much too early an maybe if he was still alive now people would appreciate him more.
You can’t just think negative. HE IS TH KING OF POP!

You know what I don’t get?
Who would you have a whole minute of silence in the council (or something like that) because someone died?
Okay, he wasn’t just someone, he was the king of pop, but still. Millions or people die every day and for him there is silence.. I don’t really get that.
And yay, now that’ll be all I hear on my birthdays ‘Today it’s one year ago MJ died’ ‘Today it’s already 5 year ago the king of pop died’ Like, yay happy birthday >.<
Why does everyone make such a big deal out of this? It’s not like he was still on his hottest and on his best.. There wasn’t much left of him anymore anyway..

Sorry, I know I’m not making any friends by saying this, but I just had to say.

I apologize for that comment, it’s just that I got a little crazy because MJ was everywhere and then I come to this site for TH and even here it is about MJ.

I actually never really cared about him, to be honest. But now I’ve seen some of those programs wih his best tv moment and concerts and things like that, and yeah I really think he was great and has made a change.
Oh please don’t call me fake now, it’s just that I was never really interested and now I’ve seen all those things and such.

Well anyway, sorry for what I said before.
