Not necessarily, Stace, you might just have eyes of a different shape and different face proportions, which would make it look not as good as Bill’s does. You can try putting more on the top and less on the bottom, I do that, and it looks pretty good!
I like putting a lot on the bottom and little on the top and it looks good,but i need fixator in the heats.

I just attempted doing a thicker
line under my eye but I used black eyeshadow
instead of the usual black eyeliner, and it
actually works pretty good.
