The crude beating attack on „Tokio hotel drummer Gustav (20) in a Magdeburg disco – now the prime suspect of police has surrender himself! Yesterday at 11.29 o’clock Nexhat T. (29) added towards officials:
Yes, I have beaten Gustav bloody. I am the person who was identified on the supervision video by witnesses. “
Nervously he shows the bandage of his right hand: „Nine stings, everything had to be sewed. I have infernal pains. “
Then he tells his version about the night:
“I was totally drunk, I drunk a lot of vodka Red Bull. About 4 o’clock everything has started.. First, according to Nexhat, with a wrangling in which his brother was involved. „I was in between and gave the one with the cap a slap. He was the smallest, however, but he was the one with the biggest mouth“ What Nexhat T. supposedly did not know : „The smallest” was Gustav, the drummer of „Tokio hotel “! „I did not know that he is so famous. I also do not know his music. “ Nexhat T. further:

I think everyone in the situation is at fault. I kinda think Gustav is a bitch sometimes. That is no glass cuts on Gustav’s face that is beer bottle cuts because regular cuts would not need a draining tube in it to help it heal better. So I don’t know what this asshole is trying to prove. there is now way you can tell glass cuts from beer bottles (im a nurse and work in an emergencyroom) if cuts are deep enough the will need drainage tubes no matter what the person got cut with.
and sorry to say not everybody knows about tokio hotel i just found out about them when i went to germany and asked my 12 yr. old niece and while talking to my friend that lives in hamburg she barley heard about them, but makes good music just sad that there only starting to get noticed for all the bad stuff thats happening to them

there are three sides to every story. i feel that we have yet to hear the most pertinent, the truth…i doubt we will.
i kinda understand why the guy went to the press. if he’s making money off of it, then he can afford to put his affairs in order should he go to jail/be forced to pay a fine or attend a class…which will probably happen (though i’m not one hundred percent, i don’t know german law). his child should not suffer because he’s impulsive. that whole sins of the father things is soooo old testament…anybody else go to christian school? the guy profitting off of it isn’t right, not in the least, but my humanistic side is pushing me to say he did it for his son/job security…and probably to get a lesser sentence.
i agree with what an earlier poster said when she asserted that she believed gustav would get mouthy/seems to have a chip on his shoulder. even his bandmates have described him as ‘touchy’ and ‘bitchy’. i, too, believe that gustav most likely said something to the dude to incite his behavior; i highly doubt that either guy just flew off in a drunken rage and attacked him…regardless of past history. and the fight was initially with the brother and he hasn’t come forward so…we don’t know what went down.
to the poster who asserted that she’s knows that gustav’s cuts are beer bottle cuts and not cuts from a glass being shattered i would say exactly the opposite. a glass is heavier and therefore would do more damage, especially upon being smashed over someone’s head. a draining tube would make more sense if he was hit with something heavier that could cause the brain to swell/bleed and increase pressure inside his skull. beer bottles aren’t that heavy. but i’m no doctor…just in school to become one…
now i know his story has it fallacies but i will say this…if either of my sisters got in a physical altercation with someone and i was present i would definetely come to her aid…i don’t care if she started it, was wrong or right. that’s my blood and two on one may not be a fair fight but “if you hadn’t picked on my sister you wouldn’t have to deal with me”. i will always be by their side. my intent, however, would not be to do gross bodily harm…but i will do what i have to do to get my sister – and myself – out of harm’s way. if i even think she could get hurt – physical or otherwise – i’m right there.
my bottom line? did gustave deserve it? no. was he as much as a part of the problem as the other guys? most likely, yes. my heart goes out to both gentlemen though i am disappointed by their actions. this incident was most likely easily preventable…i think ego had a lot to do with what happened.
