Emotional, physical, damages to one’s reputation.
Perrine is going for physical because her eye swelled up. She tried before to say she couldn’t hear in one ear, but in the same breathe she said she heard buzzing in one ear. So which is it? And her physical on the night of the assault only showed eye swelling.
That’s damages, but if they pale in comparison to pychological damages that provoked the attacker, then I can’t see her getting a penny.
Her defense that she was acting like a normal fan is already proven wrong because no real fan is siding with her. Even fans who witnessed Perrine and gang and witness what they did to the family, say The Afghans on Tour acted like stalkers. So she can try to take the stand and say she was acting like a normal fan, but Tokio Hotel could easily find 10 of thousands of people, who know what real fan behaviour is, to say differently.
And she can’t claim emotional damages, because if as they say, they were attacked previously by the family, why weren’t they emotionally damaged then? Why did they go back for more?
As for damages to her reputation, she’s the one putting her full identity and image out there.

i think they’re after more than money…tokio hotel is about to release the new album and promote and everything and if this continues…questions are going to be asked during interviews and what not and they’re going to be in a position where they’te going to have to answer unless they avoid the quesions. i think its mostly to harm tokio hotel’s image although i dont think it’ll work the fans are supportive..i think its mostly to hurt their image and maybe even hurt their careers since they didnt get what they wanted and that was the guys and thats very sick minded..and of course they want money but i think thats what they’re truely after..i dont get why do this theyre not bad people at all theyve never done anything to harm another person…
