I have direct tv, and recently they have been showing episodes of the 2008 EMAs on 332 Palladia HD. I don’t have the channel, but I am working on getting my dad to get it. They also show World Stage performances. I don’t know how current these episodes are, and I haven’t seen anything about the 2009 EMAs, but it’s the only channel I have seen anything about the EMAs on.
