Here at Brisant, we notice ofter that stars make fans go crazy, but hardly any band makes streams of fans like this move like Tokio Hotel.
Students skip school for a moment, make tents in front of the concert, and the singer Bill Kaulitz is even afraid for attacks on his life.

It’s cold and it’s raining, but real Tokio Hotel fans are used to that. They’ve got stamina and defy every weather, also in Oberhausen. Many of them wait for longer than a week, day and night. They come from Italy, Spain, France and all the parts of Germany, just to see their idols.

Fan 1: It’s very cold and we’re hungry, but we’re also very happy, because we’re very close to the entrance.

Fan 2: I love them, they are just amazing.

Fan 3: I’ve been looking forward to this, ever since I got the tickets, since 150 days the preparing is very big.

What the fans expect tonight will also be very big. A show of big classe, just like yesterday at the concert in Brussels. Singer Bill comes out of a huge UFO and the girls freak out.

The fans love this twentier (Note; I think they’re talking about Bill) the most. In an interview he told that he hasn’t been in love for a long time and didn’t have a girlfriend for years.

Bill: That’s definetely the biggest incompletement. It’s the biggest thing you miss. But even there, you don’t go through your life searching for it, I don’t believe that would work. I believe it just needs to happen and it can happen. Only my chances for that are not as realistic as with other people.

Bill and the others don’t have time for the real love. Since years they’ve been climbing up on the succes ladder. They’re always away. They’re in famous, what also brings disadvantages. Bill’s even got fear for violent attacks, and only goes away with bodyguards in front of the door.

Bill: I do believe the opportunity is there that it could happen to me, but of course you don’t fear it always and it’s not like you don’t dare to get out of the house, it’s not that bad yet. But walking all by myself, I wouldn’t do that, no.

The fans in Oberhausen wouldn’t hurt him ever. Rather the opposite. The band is enthusiastic by the perseverance of their groupies.

Tom: Of course it feels great to know that weeks before fans are in front of the halls and wait for the concert.

Bill: I mean, there’s no better feeling than you arriving somewhere and know: “Ok, the people are waiting SO long for this evening!”

The fans know they’ll get rewarded soon. The concert will make up for everything, and until then there’s a lot of hot tea. That’s how they’re able to make it well through the last time waiting.
